IBO Youth Title

Yet another ring-in with Tassanu's compliments  Are our promoters ever gonna learn??

IMO, neither IBO title fights on the card should've been sanctioned in the first place. Not a good look for struggling IBO

That is a disgusting matching for a Title.

A 19yo kid making his pro debut gets to fight for a IBO Youth Title?

Just reeks of collecting sanctioning fees.

So a Thai without a pro fight to his name was bought over to fight a 10 rounder on debut against the 6-0 Richard Smith who beat Joel Camilleri last up?

Being that it was for the IBO Youth title, wouldn't someone from the IBO have had to sanction the fight?

If so. Name him and shame him.

President Edward S. Levine or Asia Pacific Vice Pressy Steve Scott or both

Would love to hear Messrs Levine and Scott's justification for sending the debutante Thai into a 10 rounder for the IBO Youth title against an undefeated opponent.

So where does Mr Narongchai fit in?

Was he originally intended to be the opponent?

Tassanu & bum had a lend of his ring name, which is somewhat unusual for Tassanu & indeed Thais
I guess Tassanu wasn't aware we had his photo & details so he felt safe. How little he knew. We didn't upload 'til after the fight 'cos we wanted to catch him out again :P

He's been exposed numerous times over the years, but some promoters still deal with him. One NSW matchmaker told me a while ago, he deals with him because he can supply opponents at short notice :(
On this occasion it was no short notice......just plain fraud. IMO he's con. Lesser name is being polite.

I was at that promotion, the thai fighting the main event was credited with 7 fights 7 ko,s, nobody mentioned his 5 ko losses in Australia, his previous fight he wasko,d by Davey Browne in Narrabri, this is why our boys are getting a shock when they front up to someone that can hold their hands up, Sharman,s tent shows were better and cheaper, and do these reporters ever check the fighters records, or do they believe everything they are told. why not run a telethon for Green and Mundine, if they need a quid, the fight is a non event in my book, all the best
