4 weeks away from the biggest night of his promotional career, Paul Nasari cannot contain his excitement. Nasari and his promotional company Neutral Corner have put together a stacked 10 fight card, featuring 6 evenly matched title fights at Netball Central on March 12.
Speaking at the meet-and-greet day at the Tea Garden Hotel in Bondi Junction, Nasari was full of enthusiasm.
“I’m feeling great knowing that it is a good card,” said Nasari in an interview with Aus-Boxing.
“Fact is – the fights are pretty evened up – just check the records out between the fighters,”
“They are similar, which makes for very even contests across the board,”
“The last two fights will be something to look forward to,” added Nasari.
“The main event is where are all the eyes are on, but Brubaker versus Murphy will be one to watch,”
“It was pretty packed at the meet-and-greet and the Irish were certainly out in force,” said Nasari.
“When it was Darragh’s turn to speak, the crowd went crazy. Paddy Murphy and Gearoid Clancy were just as popular,”
“The Irish certainly love their fighters, just as much as their drink,” he joked.
“Pretty much all the ten rounders,” he concluded. “You just don’t know who’s gonna win.”

Thid is a great fight.
Boxer vs puncher. Ogalvie is the far superior boxer. Foley has more power.
These guys sparred in Harrys gym. So they should know a thing or 2 about each other.

Any idea when the fights may be shown ? This is type of fight which should be live, on Fox, Free to air it doesnt matter. Boxing promoters and the brioadcasters need to come together to get these showcase fights of the talent in Australia fighting each other out to the masses.Redback Rasta wrote:FOX sports will apparently show this fight on delay.

Will keep an eye out. Must admit I tend to only find out at the last minute. Or sometimes not at all.amwsnw wrote:Any idea when the fights may be shown ? With the Zac Dunn fight the other night I only found out Channel 31 were televising it just in the nick of time. I switched on and the fight before Dunn's was already about half way through.

Darragh Foley 60.5
Brandon Ogilvie 61.1

Looks to me like the girl is checking out Foley's Mojo.

i was getting updates from someone at the event and it sounds like it was a comprehensive, one sided victory to Brandon. I know the camp was very confident going over to the bout. IT's great to see Brandon now committing himself to the sport, showing the pundits his true ability and getting the rewards. I see some big things in the near future for him.
