Can't see apart from a lucky punch how Wilder wins. Povetkin is better in almost every department. Wilder has power though.. But I see an early Povetkin KO victory in rounds 3-5.

He could keep him on a distance, outbox him from the outside. It is easily conceivable. Wilder has a good jab and is quick on his feet.

But Wilder still overcommits at time, over transfers weight with questionable technique which puts him off balance... Povetkin has KTFO fighter but quickly readjusting his feet to create an angle on the inside and land that short ktfo hook... if crude fighters like Molina and Duhaupas were able to land flush shots on Wilder in those situations, don't see why Povetkin wouldn't land that bomb. Wilder is very limited on the inside and povetkin has the fastest combos on the inside. Also it's important to take into account Wilder's jab is often more of a blinding straight arm tactic jab which Povetkin has shown he can manoeuvre around and explode with precise hooks...

Just because Povetkin caught Perez on the jaw when he was turning around doesn't mean he will do the same to Wilder. It just goes to show you one punch can change the whole fight. Wilder will use his jab for distance, and we will see how Povetkin's chin holds up. If Wlad can knock him down with a jab, I don't think he will be on his feet the entire fight. This all assuming Wilder wins his next fight. The fight with Povetkin will tell us a lot about both guys. I pick Wilder to win, but will give credit to Povetkin if he pulls it off.
