Who would win between the two all-time great bantamweights and hall of famers in their prime? I know that Pintor's manager tried to make Chandler's manager to agree to a non-title fight while Pintor was champion and beat him before rematching for the title, but Chandler's manager refused to agree to the fight because they want to fight directly for the title. Anyways, who would win in their prime?

I think Lupe Pintor would have beat Chandler who was a good fighter but Lupe fought the better fighter's he[Jeff] looked funny with the below your knee boxing trunks and his thin frame he was from Philly wasn't he.
