Why didnt Carr defend his WBF title he won against Dingaan Thobela?

sorry i meant after that fight. He was already the champ. He fought twice after Thobela a 6 rounder and a 4 rounder. Was he stripped of the WBF belt at some point.

Yeah Carr retired due to recurring hand injuries. Shame as only 31 and decent boxer, gave Collins a hard fight in 95 and good win against James Cook as well. He was originally from my neck of the woods in Teesside, think he lives in Bournemouth now.
