I do not think so. In the latest ratings from a week ago, he is still the regular champ. On the photo of the link you posted, it's not a Super belt either. Rod Berman already said at beginning of January that Budler had been named Super champ at the convention, but I do not think so. We already had the same mess when Budler was elevated from interim to regular 2 years ago... Or when he fought for the vacant title, that is.
