I don't have a clue what the odds would be, but Ortiz should be the favourite & it would be a huge ask for Joshua right now, although nothing Joshua does at the moment surprises me; he's a monster in the making.

Both physically impressive, powerful, dangerous fighters.
Both technically sound (although Ortiz looks the more natural boxer)
But both not yet shown how good they can really be.
With Ortiz we have a better idea with his win over Jennings, but Joshua has a long way to go to fulfil his potential.
I don't know who would win but there is no chance Hearn is putting him in there with Ortiz. There are guys who present similar risk who would pay far better
