Why are world bauble websites so poor quality?

Why are the alphabet boys websites such amateurish poor quality.

Poorly designed and usually very out of date?

Do they assume no one uses the internet?

Or maybe no one can read?

The rankings should be administered everyday....how difficult would that be?

very good question and you are totally right.
my guess is their business model doesn't
force them to be competitive. it is all about
little tricks and tweaking rankings. in the
end i guess each "sanctioning body" is a
handful of overweight people in their sixties
and a half employed IT guy who keeps the
server running and does the web design by
himself. plus a busted secretary that cannot
type.

The PABA one is frankly awful, the OPBF one seems to be updated very slowly...a few years ago the JBC one was excellent...the WBC and WBA ones aren't awful, but they aren't good either...the IBF one is a fornicating nightmare...

They probably hire relatives to do their websites and overpay them.
