Question is, what's your definition of a prospect? Is AJ still a prospect? If he is, then what's Tyson Fury?

For the less famous guys:
That black Polish guy that works with Parker, that rank 1 Chinese guy, Tyrone Spong, Oscar Rivas, all the Germans that fight on 4 june, Senad Gashi

Anybody with 16 fights and only 34 rounds of professional boxing (with only 40 fights in his amateur career) is still a prospect... Joshua only went beyond 3 rounds in 1 fight.. into the 7th round.. He just fought his first southpaw and it lasted 4 minutes.. He might be the best Heavyweight in the world already but his game can certainly get a lot better... his jab smoother... his feints trickier... his defense tighter.. his footwork more precise... his bag of tricks a lot deeper.. He's basically been coming out and beating the living crap out everybody and knocking them dead in a couple rounds.. If a veteran like Ortiz gets him in trouble he may need to call on more than he has at the moment.

It's hard to call somebody who's a world champion a prospect.. Then you look at his experience and realize his game couldn't possibly be at where it's going to go with 8 or 10 more fights.. That's one reason you don't grab a world title so quickly.. Davey Moore grabbed a world title when he had something like 8 pro fights.. Roberto Duran immediately targeted him.

Anthony Joshua is the best prospect I've seen in a long long time.

Joe Parker & Hughie Fury look pretty good as well.

The rest I've heard of but have never have seen.

If you look at the record with no film (its called youtube these days) you might end up believing someone like Gjerkoff is good.

Senad Gashi might amount to something. It's early days but he's worth keeping an eye on.

His opponent is the guy who was training in Furys camp, Agit Kabayel. Why do you think tht Lesandowsk is a better prospect?

By far the greatest era of heavyweight division boxing is upon us.

In fact I would say the greatest division of any weight class ever.

People seem to love Hughie fury. I don't see why to me he won't sniff world class level. I would like to see him against Price though

He floats like a butterfly
And stings like a bee
The next champ is Hughie Fury

Seriously though he moves really well.

Regarding the HW prospects without a belt I only rate Parker above him.

Right... Or 43 maybe... The Klitschko Bros had like 200 each. Wladimir had technical problems and looked like crap for about 40 pro fights.

Wlad looks really great moving around and jabbing and hooking after all those years with Steward. But he still grabs like crazy and can't throw a left hook to the body, so often 1 coach can't teach you the whole bag.. Joshua looks pretty damned good already.. Amazing with only 34 rounds.

They both suck big time... Maybe you didn't see the Parker-Takam fight.. Parker showed great endurance and chin, but he got unloaded on.

Hughie Fury hasn't impressed me at all.

Adrian Granat, Tom Schwarz, Agit Kabayel and Christian Lewandowski all appear to be decent prospects.

Anthony Joshua is a world titleholder, so he's past the prospect stage although he's not had many fights. Joseph Parker is a contender now.

I haven't seen Parker-Takam yet. Holyfield and Joe Louis got unloaded on and they were pretty good. Keep in mind how young Parker and Hughie still are. It remains to be seen how much, if any, they improve.

Well... they need to improve one HELL of a lot... Anthony Joshua or Luis Ortiz would destroy them.. Wilder would beat them, maybe not wreck them.

The likes of Kabayel and Lewandowski would get destroyed by Joshua. Kabayel knocked Lewandowski out on the weekend but neither guy looked world class

I've watched it now, Parker looked decent but needs some work. HWs often develop more power when they reach their mid 20s, Foreman did. But yes I'd favor Joshua against him; I'd favor Joshua against about anyone.

Every single one of the above would be Easily Destroyed by Joshua or Wilder, with the possible exceptions of Hughie and Parker, and they'd have their work cut out for them.
