A solid test for one and possibly a crossroads fight for the other with potential for great action between two highly capable combatants. This is a real fight for hardcore fans that should be looked at by the promoters. J Rock would be favored by a close decision but Vanes usually steps up in this role and could play spoiler.
And just for kicks...who has a better shot to defeat or even hold his own versus the 160lbs champion? At a catch weight...

Vanes has fought just about everyone and has done well. He is the gatekeeper of the division, imo. He is like what Glencoffe Johnson was for a while at LHW back in the day but at 154 right now...
