What?

Has Brook really pissed Hearn off?

Very bold challenge. But Brook was clinching a lot against Porter.

But you get the feeling the wrong guys are all facing each other, Alvarez v Khan and Liam Smith, and Golovkin v Brook!

Brook is a big Welter, GGG a smallish middle. It looks like GGG-Jr was ready to go, Jr didn't want it so Brook's stepped up!

It's not Canelo or the WBC, it won't be a catchweight :TU:

Obviously, home advantage and a big payday were the deciders.

Now all they have to do is figure out a way to beat Golovkin.

I actually think Brook will surprise people with his performance. He's technically good Brook and has a good boxing brain. I say that even though I've criticised him for the subpar opposition.

Brook wouldn't be taking the fight if he didn't think he could win. It's keeping Brook happy.

On PPV, I wonder if they will bother with a stacked card or just sell the main event ?

I think the Smith boy has a good chance against the Mexican if he’s 75% as good as I’m led to believe he is, and a similar size :TU:

Certainly get the feeling this one (Brook GGG) has come as a big surprise to everyone.

Imo the sizes could be a bit off, but Eubank Jr. seems a year or two green to be chasing GGG and I am very surprised at a man of his Dad’s experience in this sport trying to build it up... :-?

Or it's a cash out given that he wasn't getting offered "enough" to face Vargas...
