A correct decision in Germany! Well done Judges.

Why has Larsen vacated the title, does he have a shot lined up (I know he highly ranked, but I didn't know anything was signed).

Valuev wins TKO 6, Coyle stops it after a knockdown. Had Bango been a brit you would all be screaming robbery.

Markussen looked a decent fighter, busy with a solid jab and a big right hand. I can see why they call him Hardhitter - the tough German was knocked clean of his feet by a perfect uppercut in round 5.
His legs were all over the place when he rose, and Mickey Van counted to 8 then asked him his name, in English of course, which couldn't have helped. The bell rang just in time.
Both were cut early, with Markussen's looking very bad, but his corner controlled it well.
Häussler was very brave, and battled back well after another knockdown in the 6th. Rudy was looking tired, but sucked it up and staged a big finish to win it well.
Looks a good European champ, and a decent fight for Calzaghe if he sticks around.

How they hell did Haussler get another shot at the euro title? He was absolutely mullered by Larsen not long ago in his last attempt at the title. Also he keeps getting these fucked up decisions go his way.
