PM's - Help please

Could someone please help me out.

I have two PM's that I need to send, they are currently in my 'Outbox' I am assuming that if they had been sent then they would be in my 'Sent box' How do I send the messages?

Believe it, or not, I tend to think that I know my way around a PC but I'm having trouble sending a bloody email LOL! :(

If you're in doubt, cut the copy, paste it into a new PM and resend it.
