Mental Bookies
I see that Golovkin is about 7 to 1 on to beat Brook, whilst Alvarez is about 9 to 1on. makes no sense to me. Both have no chance, but I`d have thought Smith stands a better chance than Brook. Golovkin can be had at 3 to 1 on to win by stoppage. Might have a piece of that. Free money.
Some easy money to be made this weekend as well. I have Nurse to beat Coyle at 1/2. Nurse will box his napper off.

Brook is lot better then Smith and according to rumors not much smaller. Although GGG is better then Canelo I think talent gap is wider between Brook and Liam. Also Brook has some momentum, he is unbeaten and ambitious, he has a home advantage, while Smith is going there to be beat.

I was at the Liverpool show last time where Liam Smith topped the bill, saw him and Liam Williams standing beside each other before their bouts and Liam looked so much bigger than Liam. i mean he looked at least 1 division above him maybe more, i have also seen Kell Brook up close on fight day and he is a massive welterweight so it wouldn't surprise me if after the GGG fight Kell moves to light middle.

Re: Mental Bookies
Was looking trying to find a decent bet for the weekend and not that much value about unless you throw in a major upset. So that's what I'm going for.
Wins for Frampton, Farmer, Nurse and the "upset-special-wildcard-odds-booster-based-on-not-a-lot"... Mendez to beat Campbell... Paying out around 26/1.

Re: Mental Bookies
I think you mean 1/3 for the ko in regards to the brook fight and nurse to beat Coyle is abosulte given that's the most sure bet this weekend for me. Coyle was absolutely dreadful his last fight.forcefraser wrote:I see that Golovkin is about 7 to 1 on to beat Brook, whilst Alvarez is about 9 to 1on. makes no sense to me. I think rabchenko to be Harrison is my one or Williams to ko Stevenson, Mendez is coming for a pretty bad beating against Robert Easter.Stuffs wrote:Was looking trying to find a decent bet for the weekend and not that much value about unless you throw in a major upset. So that's what I'm going for.

Rabchenko was the other upset I was toying with to be honest. Mendez coming off a loss, but I've never really believed in Campbell too much.Jmashyaka wrote:I think rabchenko to be Harrison is my one or Williams to ko Stevenson, Mendez is coming for a pretty bad beating against Robert Easter.Stuffs wrote:Was looking trying to find a decent bet for the weekend and not that much value about unless you throw in a major upset. Massive Frampton Fan here. . I will be watching and really hope he wins but the only result I see in it is Carl getting knocked out. I hope I'm wrong

Id lay at those prices on betfair tbh. Not saying either will win but worth a little risk imo. I honestly think Kell has a better chance than what people are giving him. No Brook fanboy but hes probably the best GGG has faced imo, with a style that may take him a while to figure. No surprise to me if this gous the distance.forcefraser wrote:I see that Golovkin is about 7 to 1 on to beat Brook, whilst Alvarez is about 9 to 1on. makes no sense to me.
