Referee Ignatius Missailidis

After viewing numerous boxing & a few other code streams, I consider him the best in Oz at this point in time.
He is fast on his feet & always positions himself extremely well during the round. He puts in just as much energy into the fight as do combatants.

Ignatius takes his role as referee very seriously and respects the boxers greatly and this shows when he is working a fight.

Ignatius is always happy to help less experienced referees and gives up his time willingly to help boxing and all combat sports.

I agree 100% Anton. Ignatius is one of the better refs in this country.
He is fast on his feet and always proffessional.

Quite the opposite would have to be Allan McColl, whom I mentioned before. Friday nite @ Flemington he allowed way too much punishment in 2 fights. Corners were just as much to blame. They were 4 rounders not frigging world title.
