Claudevsq, this was for the WBU (USA) title and not the WBU (Germany) title.

That is indeed correct. This is NOT the German WBUV as it calls itself. This is the WBU based in the USA.

OK, title will be taken out. We only had WBU USA until 2004.

So this title should be listed as the WBU (USA based) Heavyweight Interim World title as it was contested and a decision rendered.
