No Mundine wants it changed to something that has no history of British/white supremacy. The fact they edited the song doesn't change its origin or original message. Why would you want our national anthem to be associated with that kind of song? Unless of course you agree with it. If you can't at the very least see where he is coming from then I expect it's the latter.
