The most competitive = the best (for me, at least).
Considering your list of LMW, I have to notice that Canelo (99 %) will eventually move up at MW, and Brook has exactly zero (0) fights at LMW.
The rest is decent, if Spence (I think he is naturally 154, even 160) move up - I agree.
