James DeGale vs Badou Jack, a true 50/50 fight ?
It looks like pick em' fight but I tend to give Jack the edge. He's quite underrated. DeGale looked poor against Medina and I feel he's gonna be overconfident against Jack underestimating his abilities.

50/50?
The odds makers don't think so.
They have DeGale a nearly 3-1 choice.
I agree.
Jack struggled with the faded Bute in his last bout.
DeGale will have some trouble with Jack's movement but figures to eventually be too strong and relentless for him.
The Brit wins going away, maybe by a late round KO.

Jack was improving a lot with each fight and he looks pretty sturdy.SenorPipino wrote:50/50?

They're about evenly matched to me. I see them both as very beatable titleholders. Callum Smith should be eager to get the winner as I think he'd kick the asses of either one of 'em. "Zurdo" Ramirez probably would too.
Degale vs Jack is a good competitive matchup though. I'm down. Should turn out to be a pretty good fight.

Odds are way too wide. If you're gonna lay that kind of juice just play the over.

Bute gave both fists. I'd pick Badou because of his consistency and his focus. DeGale seems like a fighter with mental ups and downs to me.

Sky is the limit for DeGale if ever goes off at 100% .
He should beat Jack.
He should beat Jack.

Degale is a spurt fighter. Probably does it to conceal a questionable gas tank. Jack's chance here is just being consistently "busier" each round. That's his path to victory. Degale is gonna do what he does. Look excellent in small bursts and then go into a shell, then burst, then shell. He is what he is at this point.

but I doubt he ever will.
He has enough to beat Jack but he'll make it harder than he needs to and Jack has enough to make life very hard for him
James Degale will continue to frustrate me for the remainder of his career until he meets someone of equivalent ability that will expose that questionable work rate
