Lomachenko is on another level

Post by Jip »

you saw the comparison. you guys saw kovalev-ward and lomachenko-walthers.

you saw what i saw. dont tell me Kovalev's or ward's footwork, athletiscm, punch variation, overall speed, upper body movemant equals to lomachenko's. hands down, loma is just the better boxer than these 2. i have always been right. rigondeaux and lomachenko are boxing royalty, 1 and 2. thats it.

Lomachenko will be #1 so soon. And what about Rigo? He is great, but Vasyl is better. Lomachenko is more various fighter, that's why he can attack like no one other. And that's why he is so spectscular.

Very good fighter, ridiculous when max and lampley were implying he throws more punches than a prime Whitaker. They musta forgot.

Lomachenko was willing to leave his prime weight of 126 early in search of money and glory, Rigondeaux seems to be locked into wanting to stay in his best weight and niche of 122 and not searching for glory and money at 126 to this point.

He hurt just about everyone he fought. The hurtado fight, he needed a ko and he got it. He was a boxer, acting like he was malignaggi is laughable.

Certainly better than Walters though, isnt he?

But he lost in his second pro fight to world champ Orlando Salido!

That's crazy, I hadn't seen that. But Salido has obvious interest in getting paid again.

When and to whom did Salido mention Whitaker? I thought Clive was just having a dig at Loma's loss (after having also predicated that hed get KO'd in 5 by Walters), although maybe Im wrong,

Whitaker lost to Ramirez, De La Hoya, and Trinidad because of his low activity level... But after only 2 pro fights, Lomachenko dominated a much better boxer-puncher than those 3 in Gary Russell... His footwork, hand speed and work rate were unbelievable throughout vs Russell, and he captured a major World Title in only his 3rd pro fight.. They compared him with Willie Pep last night, which is absurd.. Willie was a weak hitter. Loma can throw.

Lomacheko waved goodbye to Walters at the end of the 7th...meaning, "You're outta here in the next round" ... Vasyl shouldn't have done that. Walters quit.

You damned right... Oscar had a forward head, allowing Floyd to easily reach him with the jab and land 86 more punches.. Hopkins and Winky jabbed the crap out of Trinidad because he loads his jab.. Russell is way shorter than Hyland and Gonzalez but he jabbed the living crap out of them and KO'd them quickly.

Russell only had 1 fight this year and 1 fight last year.. Santa Cruz, Mares, Selby, and Frampton are ducking him, because he'll smash them out like there's no tomorrow.. It was a tremendous advantage for Oscar to be able to name his opponents.. Gary can't do that, but he's a better fighter.

Let's review; Gary Russell Jr. is better than Odlh and Tito according to Kalan. In otherwords, Loma beating Russell jr is a superior feat to defeating Oscar and Trinidad.

Ok, thanks for that. If it were possible to disagree more than 100% that is where my opinion would be. Odlh and Tito are ATGs Kalan. Russell jr is unlikely to get a sniff of the HOF.

Loma is a wonderful talent. Rather than doing everything you can to ruin the experience of observing his great talent, why not just let him prove how great he can become rather than hawking him like a used car?
