Carnera's 7/17/1930 fight vs Bearcat Wright took place at Western League Ballpark in Omaha, Nebraska.
The undercard, as listed in the 7/18/1930 Atlantic News Tribune (Atlantic, IA):
Willie Vaughn (Billy Vaughn from Torrington, WY: http://boxrec.com/boxer/90751 ) over Chick Evans (Oklahoma City) by knockout in the 4th round. The Creston News Advertiser (Creston, IA) referred to Vaughn as "Billy Vaughn". Vaughn was in the same stable as Bearcat Wright and Cowboy Maxwell.
Cowboy Maxwell (190lbs/Omaha, Art Maxwell: http://boxrec.com/boxer/87656 ) over Max Brown (198lbs, Maxie Brown: http://boxrec.com/boxer/524336 Sparring partner of Primo Carnera in 1930 and Max Baer in 1934. Described as from Cheyenne, WY and Oklahoma City in the Oakland paper in the leadup to his fight with Buddy Baer) by Decision in 6 Rounds
Red Vandervert (135lbs/Lincoln http://boxrec.com/boxer/102470 ) over Joe Smogye (135lbs/Omaha, http://boxrec.com/boxer/466583 ) by Decision in 6 rounds. Both sources misspelled Smogye as "Smogie"
Steve Mickna (135lbs/Omaha http://boxrec.com/boxer/98592 ) over Bill Norton (139lbs/Omaha) by Knockout in the 6th round of a 6 round bout. The Creston News Advertiser said that Mickna defeated Dick Norton of Duluth by a 6 round decision. So there's some dispute on that fight.
Carl Wilfing (122lbs/Omaha http://boxrec.com/boxer/583174 ) over Spider Risney (122lbs/Omaha http://boxrec.com/boxer/341352 ) by Decision in 4 rounds. Creston paper says Risney is from Council Bluffs, IA.
Baby Tiger Flowers (125lbs/Omaha http://boxrec.com/boxer/42972 ) over Sammy Mazzaro (124lbs/Omaha http://boxrec.com/boxer/491323 ) by Decision in 4 rounds. Both sources referred to Mazzaro as "Sammy Mazzari"
The only fighters I can't find more information on are Chick Evans (it's very difficult to search for a Boxing Chick Evans as there were a ton of Golfer Chick Evans articles around that time) and Bill/Dick Norton from Omaha/Duluth.
