As polls are limited to only 10 options, I am only listing some candidates who fight/fought at MW and up. In alphabetical order:

Braehmer - was cherry-picking for a long time defending his fake title
Canelo - dropped the belt to avoid Golovkin
Cotto - fought crippled Martinez, dehydrated Geale but avoided Golovkin
Eubank Jr - ducks Golovkin and other MWs with a pulse
Korobov - since losing in 2014, fought 3 bums.
Povetkin - was ducking Wlad for a long time. Doesn't fight outside of Russia.
Saunders - ducks Golovkin, Eubank Jr and Khurtsidze
Stevenson - has been cherry-picking for a long time
Ward - fought a few bums. Now wouldn't accept that his win was questionable. Likely no rematch.
Wilder - has been ducking anybody with a pulse since and before winning his title
