Hungarian middleweight Karoly Balszay has already signed forms with Universum.

Tajbert has been sparring and training with Amir Khan this week in preparation for the competition.

My first viewing of Tajbert and i was impressed...he was sharp and very fast handed. His Argentine opponent Brizuela was no mug either but he simply took him apart...Featherweight gold beckons methinks :TU:

Time to jump on the old bandwagon i think. His fight was by far the best performance of the tournament so far. I've posted elsewhere that i think he's got a style that will really help him to do well when he turns pro, i was well impressed. The only critism is that when the Argentine came forward and really put the pressure on Tajbert he looked fairly ordinary, unfortunately his opponent could only sustain that pressure for a few seconds at a time.

Settle down. Going on his opening bout, you're going to get a few more chances to watch the guy. He going all the way.

Well I keep hearing at work that Khan is on at 1:40pm. Looks unlikely now.

I think the Beeb are showing him at 1.45 - says boxing anyway. I'm hoping Eurosport switch to boxing in the next hour, though they'll probably switch to syncronized diving during the fight - bloody French.

So have the featherweights actually started? There are no live comments on the Eurosport website.
