Re: Lucas Browne Update
Lucas Browne doesn’t really possess anything that any of the top heavyweight title contenders want, especially when there are three separate routes to becoming a world champion.
I guess he’d be able to play the role of a fairly decent gatekeeper, used by recently-defeated world-rated fighters like Andy Ruiz Jr. and Dereck Chisora to rebuild their confidence and improve their own world rankings, with the Aussie veteran almost certainly tasting defeat to those sort of guys.
If Lucas Browne really wants to establish his own title contender credentials, he’d stand a good chance of beating the following fellows:
• Charles Martin
• David Price
• Tony Thompson
• Johann Duhaupas
• Dominic Breazeale
• Malik Scott
• Eric Molina

I thought it was six months. I'm not sure if he's able to compete for a WBA title within two years though.Like a Boss wrote:As best I understand Browne has been suspended for 2 years.

Browne got 6 months the first time - from the Chagaev positive. But I thought I read he got 2 years this time around.Enlightened-One wrote:I thought it was six months. Yeah, you're probably right. I'm personally not sure, as I haven't been following Browne's career closely.Like a Boss wrote:Browne got 6 months the first time - from the Chagaev positive. 2 year suspension - best bet for Lucas is Brock Lesnar or Goldberg.,Like a Boss wrote:Looks like Lucas Browne did get 2 years.Enlightened-One wrote:Yeah, you're probably right. I'm personally not sure, as I haven't been following Browne's career closely.Like a Boss wrote:

In 2 years time it might be someone who hasn't even pulled a glove on yet.amwsnw wrote:2 year suspension - best bet for Lucas is Brock Lesnar or Goldberg.,Like a Boss wrote:Looks like Lucas Browne did get 2 years.Enlightened-One wrote: Yeah, you're probably right. Waste of a later career. Should have stuck to the other combat sport.

Let him fight Povetkin in Russia and allow all the Peds they want to ingest for this fight.
