Floyd Havard

Can anyone tell me if Floyd Havard is making a comeback. I heard he was and was training hard. I always thought that had FLoyd had better preparation for his tilt at John John Molina or maybe he had gone after a different titlist he would have been a world champion and might have made a bit more money.
