That's what Ward is hoping for. Then he can sue Sergey. Oops, forgot that Ward isn't even good at suing.

Calm down now, a bit of pushing shoving and name calling will get it out of your system. :salut:

Why do you unconditionally support Andre Ward, no matter what he does?

HBO and Max Kellerman have been very good to him, now he refuses to even show up at the face-off, apparently because he's unhappy with something someone said about him.

The hand which feeds him is RN. They are paying to him from their pocket.

Doesn't he do occasional commentating gigs with HBO, not to mention being one of their marquee fighters?

I don't know where you get that from.
Are you kidding me with the unconditionally supporting Ward thing ?
Is that a joke that I'm unaware of ?

He is super arrogant. The way he talks. His face impression. From the way he acts someone would think he is a famous world sports icon like lebron or messi, even they dont act like divas like he does. Had 1 name opponent in 3 years and think he is a big shot cause he got one hometown gift

I could care less, It would be nice if Ward showed up for the hype machine but that he was man enough to do the rematch is all I care about. I am a huge Kovalev fan and I say lets lace up the gloves. I don't hate Ward though and do respect him for giving the rematch.

All I want to see is them in the ring going duke city..

Right, but he probably thinks that they pay him less than he deserves.

Could not care less. I can't remember the faceoff I watched on purpose. Hype is more effective with SOGgy not showing.

Didn't Kathy Duva report the same old bullshît when they promoted the first fight. Apparently Ward didn't turn up to some event and she moaned about it and gave the impression that Andre had broken his promise, but she eventually had to come clean and concede thay he had notified her of his absence a couple of weeks prior.

Shouldn't we wait to ascertain both sides of this new story?

Wasn't Ward already in Las Vegas. I thought they interviewed him on the Gingerhead telecast. Or it could have been FNF on Friday.

This is more of Hunter and Ward's mind games... They plan to rile Kovalev to no end -- to tie him in knots emotionally.. They want acid eating Kovalev's stomach lining.. They want him breathing fire so he wipes out all his sparring mates so he has nobody to box.. And the the sleepy eyed little doe Ward thinks he's going to steal another decision because he feels he can avoid a knockdown and make Kovalev expend his load in 6 rounds.

That's their plan.

He was and left next morning while the recording was supposed to be in the afternoon.

That's what I thought. Maybe Ward hit up the local strip joints to relieve some stress. More action there.

I'm a big Kovalev fan and I wanted him to win the fight. That said, it's hard not to like Andre Ward - he's old school. His attitude is "I'll see you in the ring in 6 weeks, everything else is irrelevant".

Proper chap.

Kovalev has proven he can get the better of Ward, saw that in the first fight.
But he went away with the family and did that thing.
Does he Kovalev the fire ?
