Please update Duncan Cajella's weight category

We don't have his nor any of his opponents weights, therefore for time being, I removed his weight class. His last bout was scheduled at super middleweight, hence inserted weight class, and fight before was at middleweight.
Perhaps, he & fellow combatants should contact Federazione Pugilistica Italiana & urge it to submit official results asap
