World Light Heavweight champion Andre Ward has accepted a ten million dollar offer to fight Sergey Kovalev for a third straight time, this time in St Petersburg, Russia.
Upset by cries of fix and inside job, Ward was offered the gigantic guarantee to face Kovalev in Russia with three Russian judges and a white Russian referee and he immediately accepted the offer.
"I want to prove that both of my controversial wins against Kovalev were authentic," stated Ward to HBO's Max Kellerman. "Kovalev is a good fighter and I want to give him another chance. I also want to face the challenge of overcoming three Russian judges and a Russian referee. Because I confess having American judges and referees greatly helped me in both wins vs Sergey and I want to do him the same favor."
Also on the undercard Deontay Wilder has agreed to face Alexander Povetkin. Wilder's advisor Al Haymon said, "We want to prove to the world we don't fear any challenge for Deontay. It's just a coincidence that every single one of his fights so far for his pro career were against handpicked patsies that I control. We want Povetkin in Russia and then Joshua in London."
Haymon also revealed that Floyd Mayweather is considering canceling the bout with Conor McGregor to instead face Golovkin on the undecard of the super bill. "We don't care about money. We want to give the fans the best fights possible, that's our new philosophy," said Haymon.

..your point is well taken..regarding that last part with GGG, I've got a better idea though, how about a stadium in Kazachstan with 3 judges and 1 referee from the same country.. ![[icon_wink.gif] ;-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
