Pacquiao robbed AGAIN!

Post by gilgamesh »

116-112 Pacquiao was my score

115-113 2x and 117-111 for Horn were your official scores

YOU BEAT A LEGEND

YOU BECOME A LEGEND

I thought it was a 115-112/114-113 win for Pac.

I was going for manny, but he looked awful. Beaten too the bunch most of the fight. He's only two definitive rounds were 8 and 9

I didn't score the round by round but I was leaning towards Manny in a close fight.

Teddy was way off though. Very biased commentating.

When you say "going for Manny" do you mean you wanted him to win?

Ridiculous decision. Horn was outlanded by a wide margin and nearly stopped in the 9th.

Manny amazingly gracious in the aftermath of another controversial decision loss. Says he'll utilise his rematch clause.

He was gracious after the Tim Bradley decision too. He's like that. He's had 'em go his way sometimes controversially too.

He was, I can respect that, but he respects Horn, after Horn beat his ass. Beat him up the whole fight. Were you guys just listening to Atlas, not actually watching the fight.

The commentary I had (British) had horn winning comfortably. Manny got beat up in the clinch and looked slow af

Horn was not accurate enough or doing enough damage to have beaten him up all fight. I thought it was very competitive, but Manny was sharp enough to win it for me.

Pacquiao is a king amongst men. Truly classy individual.

Again, I didn't think that was a massive robbery. Pacquiao landed but Horn was busy & awkward & fighting in front of 60,000 screaming fans. I felt it was around 7-5 Manny but he's definitely slipped. A rematch for him &, if he gets the win, slip off into retirement. I'd hate to see him get hurt. I've been a fan since his early days.

Terrible decision

It just shows how we can be swayed. The US commentary - well Atlas - was horrible.

Commentators don't sway me. I know what the f*ck I'm watching, and I'm not an easily led fool.

Agree with this

Pac won it for me, but I thought it was in that range where just a few generously judged rounds to Horn could get him the win. Great fight and you could tell right away that Horn wanted it badly.

Horn was a clear winner. Pacquiao can't handle movement. He looked like a novice in round 9 just swinging all over the place while horn was ready to go and punched himself out. Horn is better and would win a rematch

I had it 116-111 for Pac. I have a really hard time giving 7 rounds to Horn or not ONE judge giving Pac a 10-8 round in the 9th.

Horn gets KO'd against Thurman, Porter, Spence, etc.

Manny landes 182-91, 123-73 in power....

Horn seems like a nice guy, but he didn't win....

Horn landed less than 100 punches in the whole fight....and only a handful were solid.

The headbutts were the most "effective" offense Horn had all night.

Ya, Atlas was pro-Pac. He somehow gave him the 6th, which was probably Horn's biggest round.
