Why doesn't the WBA order this fight? Andrade took small $ vs Culcay, so it's not about money.

No. Super vs Regular Champion. Lara doesn't want it, imo.

They are PBC fighters, those fighters are lucky to get fights. It would be an important fight for the division, but a gigantic eyesore.
