They no longer ran anymore shows after the 28 March in 2015. This was the company that ran fights for boxing legend Ali Raymi, who went on to record breaking 25 wins with 25 KOs. Raymi's last fight on the 28th of March and he would be killed 2 months later in an airstrike.
They were building up some other talented fighters, such as Hani Ansi 22-0.
Does anyone have any word on what happened to this groundbreaking boxing federation?

Re: What happened to the Yemen Boxing Federation?
Did it ever happen?
If you believe the Ali Raymi story then hes 26-0 not 25.
All a bit far fetched and made up. He fought all undefeated fighters for his first 20 fights, all of whom had never fought any boxer that had even fought any other boxer in the PBO top 200. Every single name and record appears to be unknown.
If the Yemeni fights are to be believed almost all Yemini fighters are extremely light.
Most of his fights were at the 22nd May stadium. He died from injuries on the 22nd May.
He/They faked a proposed fight against an undefeated Super-flyweight who had not fought for 15 years. That fighter is now walking around/ driving his taxi nearer a light-heavyweight and would have had to have skipped fast to make 105.
A couple of fights on youtube would suggest he could not fight a lick and certainly could not beat a top 200 boxer. The fights appear to be under unusual rules with a strange canvas with incompetent refereing and judging.
Fooled everyone as no one could prove it was not true.
