Do many people listen to it?

I've never really listened to podcasts before, but after realising I could get them on Spotify have listened to Sky sports ringside the last 2 weeks while ive been on the move.

I'd thoroughly recommend listening to it, Spencer Fearon has a lot more charisma than Smith and Nelson, with the added bonus of not having to see Nelsons extremely tight trousers.

Anyways I just thought I would mention it in case anyone didn't know it was on, and miss a weekly boxing show

I listen to it fairly frequently and enjoy it, but Fearon is definitely a bit overbearing at times and the whole boxing 'historian' angle is rather lame. I actually really enjoyed the Boxing News podcast as I felt the guys were really personable and insightful, but they discontinued it earlier this year.

Agreed, I always used to enjoy listening to the Boxing News podcast.
If any of them are reading this, what made you stop and is there any chance of starting it up again?

they've started doing it again on YouTube.

I used to listen to their podcast on x1.5 speed. It was pretty informative and enjoyable once I'd figured that trick out.

He definitely has his style, I've enjoyed the casual nature of the format, rather than tv which can be too formal/flat. Maybe it's just because it's new to me I'm enjoying it, and it will start to grate, we will see.

Sports punditry needs characters though, I used to enjoy Bunce back in the Setanta days. Although I would watch for content, Ringside used to be very dry.
