Not sayin' Ray wouldn't be plenty violent, I'm sure he would be......just that Bivins would outclass him.

If Elmer "Violent" Ray beat the elite level of Ezzard Charles and Jersey Joe Walcott before losing to both in their rematches, why not Jimmy Bivins? However, Bivins beat 8 out of 11 world champions in his time.

To be fair to Charles, he was just a light heavy when he fought Ray. But sure, Ray would have a chance. Guess I would lean towards Bivins. Too bad it never happened.
