In all likelihood it'll be somebody that's not nearly as interesting, but we'll see how it goes.

Suncorp was part of Brisbane Council's funding.

It was withdrawn on Aug 21, because proof Pacman has committed to rematch was not provided.

Nov 12th is only about 10 weeks away. They will need to get cracking with naming the new opponent and getting the arrangements in place.

Mundine was talking about catch weight 157. There is no way he would make that in 10 weeks.

Perhaps Mundine is banking on another one of those Brisbane bathroom scale weigh ins?

All legit up here in Qld. Johnny Hogg is all over it. Horn shouldn't have to give that much weight away. Mundine needs to go off happily in retirement.

Why Mundine hasn't retired is quite bewildering. Him continuing certainly has nothing to do with legacy because he is on course to go out with a string of losses.

Who is the WBO mandatory challenger?

That guy should be his next opponent.
Get that out of the way and maybe Pac will be up for the rematch afterward.

I thought team pretty boy was joking. Dean Lonergan is considering it (a fight with Mundine).

This isn't a mandatory for Horn. So he can defend against anyone inside the WBO top 15.

Vargas is WBO #9.

I know he's not obliged to fight the mandatory next, I'm saying find that guy and get it done with so it doesn't get in the way of a bigger fight next year.

If Horn doesn't win his first title defence in November there won't be a bigger fight next year. Risk vs reward.

These are some of the names Pac has fought over the last decade. Hardly the resume of a ducker.
