Jose Napoles is the last surviving member of the inaugural Hall of Fame

Post by scorpio83 »

We all know that Jose Napoles was the former two-time World Welterweight Champion and was inducted into the inaugural International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1990. The distinction Napoles achieved that with the passing of former World Middleweight Champion Jake LaMotta at 95 or 96 depending of his age, Napoles is now the last surviving member of the inaugural International Boxing Hall of Fame. Your thoughts?

That is interesting to note. We are definitely losing the great old-timers. That he was in the Inaugural class is an indication of how great Napoles was.

Yes, we are losing great old-timers and we know that they cannot live forever, but we wished that they were. Also, Napoles is the last member of the Inaugural class and we will prepare when the time comes, so we will celebrate his career and legacy of all legends who were inducted with him.
