Boxer you miss the most?
Boxer you miss the most?
I really miss Carl Froch! Naz as well! Being a Scot I miss Harrison and Arthur! Froch more than most but!
Re: Boxer you miss the most?
Erik Morales and Arturo Gatti the most. Jose Luis Castillo too.
It's gonna be sad when The G Train stops rolling down the tracks, but...such is life.

British - Calzaghe, Froch, Lewis, Naz.
International - Tyson, Morales, Barrera.
I’m sure lots will say Hatton, but I never really warmed to him in the same way that so many others did.

I miss Tyson Fury. I have a feeling he's not coming back. I followed his career pretty much from the start and I was in Düsseldorf to see him win the title. I never imagined that would be his last fight.

Hmmmm. Quite a few people on here predicted before it even happened that the Klitschko fight would be his last (including me). Admittedly I thought he’d lose, then get fat and retire without ever bothering to fight again. But regardless of the result, it always seemed a distinct possibility that he would never fight again afterwards.Noxy wrote:I miss Tyson Fury. I have a feeling he's not coming back. Re: Boxer you miss the most?
Mike Tyson, Naz, Marvin Hagler, Benn and Eubank Senior.
Re: Boxer you miss the most?
Calzaghe and Juan Manuel Marquez.
Re: Boxer you miss the most?
Sure, but it's a possibility that I didn't entertain even if others did. I would have bet my house that it wouldn't be the last of him (fortunately I didn't). Tbf almost everyone on this forum (including me) thought he wouldn't take Wlad's title.Boxerbeetle wrote:Hmmmm. Re: Boxer you miss the most?
George Foreman. Very funny, genuine, brave and could punch like a speeding train, even in his mid-late 40s. I rewatched the Moorer fight recently and he was barely landing anything but you always knew one punch would do it
Re: Boxer you miss the most?
Hatton, Naz and Froch all for different reasons but I do miss those guys
I was too young for the golden years of Hagler, hearns, leonard etc but from all the footage I have seen, wow
Oh and Terry Curruthers, got a soft spot for that fella
