Pro to Amateur question

I’ve been emailing about but I haven’t heard anything back yet but wondering if you guys know.

I turned pro in January 2017, no fights, as 3 fell through. I made no money etc, my license expires in January 2018. As I’ve had no fights, can I turn back amateur once my license is up?

Im sure I’ve heard now if you had 5 fights and under you can turn back?

You can in the UK; I believe you have three pro fights to decide.
