Is it anti Scot bias? Or is it just that his fights aren’t promoted well enough?

I don’t really consider the rivalry so much between home nations in boxing, unless they are fighting one another

Good learning fight for Taylor. Impressed with him again.

McGuigan really needs to get the wider Scottish public behind him.

Massively impressed by Taylor last night, dealing with a very good operator, getting an unfortunate cut against a guy canny enough to keep finding A shot to irritate it further. Taylor was bullish and showed class, barely lost a round and as soon as he worked out Vasquez was waning to the body shots he smelt the blood and finished the job off. A great outing for him, he can take a lot from that fight.

Only way I can think of him doing that is the Burns' fight.

McGuigan's may have lost a couple of fighters here and there, but if they can sort themselves out they have a bright future. That card yesterday was a showcase for their young talent, massive hype around McGregor from people who've heard of him, Chris Billam comes into the pros with a decent pedigree so I hear, Chantelle Cameron is being ushered towards a Taylor fight by the looks of it. Then you've got that Bakole who impressed me last night, seems a heavy hitter. And then of course, Easton and Taylor.

Buzzing for Taylor again last night. To do what he did to Vazquez in only his 11th pro fight was very impressive. I thought he controlled the pace throughout and blocked a lot of Vazquez attacks as well. Seemed a bit over eager to impress but that's to be expected. I was confident from the start the stoppage would come. Looking forward to seeing who's next. Yigit for the European title or Catterall for the British would be good to see. I think he stops both.

I agree with you mate. When he boxed Ohara everyone was saying how good he looked. If the smith vs Williams fight wasn't on last night I think everyone would be singing his praises again, I only watched the fight half hour ago and he is a very special talent
