Just done the number crunching and figured out there will be AT LEAST 11 shows from Japan viewable (in some form) in December!
They are -

http://boxrec.com/en/event/760354 (Fuji TV)
http://boxrec.com/en/event/760391 (TBS)
Boxingraise will likely all be on a 1 day tape delay through their subscription service, whilst the Fuji TV and TBS cards are free to air cards in most parts of Japan (yes 5 world title fights in 2 days on free to air TV!) The December 24th card is likely to be just Tatsuyoshi's bout, but they are showing his previous bouts as well on the same day, whilst the December 23rd card will be reshown on Christmas (it's the All Japan Rookie of the Year card). There will also be other stuff available (i.e classic fights, replays of other recent cards, the Ogawa Vs Farmer bout etc).
That's 11 shows in 31 days! Some might not be amazing (though the there are 3 or 4 solid shows including the two huge year enders), but that's some great stuff to end the year!
Although boxrec doesn't list him, Arakawa's openent will be Adones Aguelo (http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/367466)
