The compulsory strike-off of Hennessy Sports has been discontinued, Companies House have confirmed.
A statement was released on January 20 after 'compulsory strike-off action was suspended' - initially on January 9th.
"Cause has been shown why the above company (Hennessy Sports Worldwide Limited) should not be struck off the register and according to the Registrar is taking no further action under section 1000 of the Companies Act 2006 pursuant to the notice dated 18/01/2018," read the official document.
Prior to January 9th, the First Gazette notice was made public on December 5th.
