After reading Frank Slavin's boxing record at BoxRec, I was wondering why his famous match with Jem Smith in Bruges, Belguim, December 23, 1889 was not included. Although the fight was technically a draw, Frank Slavin was acknowledged as Champion of England and awarded the purse. Thanks.

I think that may have been a bareknuckle fight. Slavin's record, as a we have it here, probably needs revision as we should only list bouts under Queensberry rules.
