Solid matchup there. I'd favor Takam to take a UD.

Winner of this gets a shot at Whyte!
Well, I think so anyway. Im sick of waiting for any of those chicken sh*t yanks to fight the so called bogie man. Whyte/Takem is a great fight, and I'd pick Takem :o

I like Takam, he seems like a cool guy, got to root for Chisora though out of loyalty.

Tough to say who'll win, Takam looked a lot better in their last fight, but Chisora has also impressed me more overall than Takam, and he's probably gotten to a higher level. Plus Agit fought a pretty clever fight to neutralise Chisora, but I don't think Takam could do that. I'm really not sure who'll win.

I don't know. He's set up well enough financially, and he's had a hard career. I'd be surprised if he has more than a couple big fights left in him.

I know. I just think Chisora still has some value in HW boxing, mainly at a domestic level though.

Takam is tough but not a particularly clever or sophisticated boxer so I give Chisora every chance here, it could be as close and competitive as the Chisora / Whyte fight and if so I think Delboy gets the nod at home...

I think Takam is the more dedicated professional of the two. While I expect it'd be close I think Takam would take a clear enough edge in the fight he'd be tough to deny. Like a 116-112 type victory for Takam.

id say theyve been at a very similar level with whyte there too. i think takam is more skillful but he can have a bit of a sparring partner/journyeman mentality at times. del goes for it a bit more.

Yeah, though I'd hate to see him become a Danny Williams. He's had a great career.

I see your point but this is last chance saloon for Chisora, he will really struggle to get another big fight should he lose this so I think he will be really up for it. Certainly the Whyte rematch would never happen because they would be too far apart...

I'd agree with that. I think Takam is underestimated at times. He arguably deserved a draw against Parker, gave Povetkin all he could handle for 8 rounds, and did a better job on Tony Thompson than Pulev did. Should have got the nod over Mike Perez too, at least 6-4, maybe 7-3.

The Chisora that showed up against Whyte does have a fighting chance, but it's worth noting that's a version of Chisora we hadn't previously seen since 2014 (and even then, sporadically). As gutsy as he is, I'm not sure he has another one of those in him. That may well have been his last stand.

For me, the best version of Chisora is about equal to the standard version of Takam. The best version of Takam is half a level above that.

Takam will probably be a few clear at the end of the 12 but Del will get it on the cards

I think the best ever Del Boy is better than the best ever Takam.
Del at his peak would be too relentless and strong I think, but @ this stage one has to pick Carlos.

26 votes and not one for a Del Boy KO ?

This would be a cracking fight. Would slightly favour Takam. Will be a good match-up.

The winner goes onto fight Whyte/Browne winner, to then go onto fight Joshua?

I can't see the OP on my work computer?

Is this actually happening or is it just one of Wes' 4 million polls.

Can anyone see Chisora reaching the 10th against Joshua these days? I struggle to, so that's Takam by default for me. Just 'cause I think Takam's better-equipped for Joshua doesn't mean he beats Chisora, but their styles aren't radically different, they're about the same height, and Takam's favoured to be the busier.

But then Del's the Danny Williams of his generation, so I wouldn't bet much against him. He has the potential to win I'm sure, but does he have enough fire to train hard any more? I just picture him slowly jogging around his farm asking his cows who the man is. Takam, UD.

I'd be surprised if Parker makes it that far either, and he still beat Talam, though maybe Talam underperformed a bit.
