Really disappointed in Joshua (who has impressed me up to this point). His victory over Wlad was epic and Parker is a legit challenger. But Jarrell Miller is a fat slob with an unimpressive resume (like most of the current HWs). He's been pushing 300# in recent fights and his last win over Wach (who was about 50# above his normal fighting weight) could best be described as a slobfest.
Dont be surprised if this flabmeister struggles with Duhaupas.
Of course the bigger picture is even more bleak, because a long-term arrangement with HBO makes a showdown with Wilder less likely than before.
which hws do you respect?
its hard for me to think of anyone over the last few years who fought and beat better opponents than aj did. and which active hw has fought top opponents each time? if thats a condition for respect no one meets it.
tbh, i think miller assuming he beats duhaupas would be among the best wins almost any active hws scored. i expect deontay (who i greatly respect too) to beat ortiz but tbh i think miller would be on par with his current best win over stiverne. stiverne was fat too
miller id also rate higher than anyone povetkins beat in many many years, other then maybe takam but possibly him too
id rate miller higher then pulev and whyte beating chisora
rate miller higher then takam beating thompson
rate miller higher then breazeale beating molina or mansour
rate miller higher then ruiz and hughie fury
tbh, in todays division miller is still a dang good win
