I'm certain that there's at least a dozen more. But others can fill in the list.

RJJ was far from the GOAT. Damn good but he's probably not top 20.

Many people were ahead of Jones in my view, because the main difference between our era and past eras is the tinker toy belts available. Literally anyone can claim to be a champion. For instance, his wba belt from Ruiz is meaningless in my eyes because even though Ruiz was a top five heavyweight, I can list over three dozen or more men who were even smaller than Roy who beat top heavyweights who were more dangerous than Ruiz.
