Not Enough Threads
We need more threads covering the fights tonight. Having six per fight just isn't cutting it..

You just add to it. I don't even know where to look.. too many fights on today. Good main events and good undercard fights
Re: Not Enough Threads
the forum looks a total mess right now
Re: Not Enough Threads

Re: Not Enough Threads
I thought there was talk about having a dedicated poll thread so that all polls were kept in one area. Is that what you are referring to jamamb?

Re: Not Enough Threads
Total madness!
You've got to be kidding me that polls have been title changed to round by round?
Where do we even begin to look to post when we just want a quick look and talk about the fights tonight?
Guys, this is taking the piss. It's like a couple of certain posters want to bring the forum down. We've been invaded by kids with polls, links and articles![[icon_witsend.gif] :witzend:](./images/smilies/icon_witsend.gif)

Re: Not Enough Threads
WHO WINS? Wes vs. RKO
RKO's the tidier man and he's clearly the fresher of the two, but you can't overlook Wes' engine if it goes long. If RKO doesn't finish it in 4, I fancy Wes on points with his superior workrate.
And Ortiz beats Kovalev in two.

Re: Not Enough Threads
It's all a bit silly, isn't it. Anytime a fight gets hinted at Wes starts a thread with a poll then changes the title if the fight gets changed then it morphs again into a round by round & it just ends up with a load of crap.ScottDetonator wrote: ↑03 Mar 2018, 20:07 Total madness!

Re: Not Enough Threads
i have to admit today was my first day slightly annoyed with it
not the volume of threads overall, but of duplicates (like multiple brook vs rab pbps, which fragments and confuses things, inoue vs mcdonnell threads) and space taken up by fantasy threads on too many fights.
like, so chantelle cameron just fought, maybe limit the hypotheticals with her vs different opponents to one thread? and if your gonna do polls for each group it like
cameron
taylor
cameron
jonas
and allow 2 votes

Re: Not Enough Threads
well with the thread bumping it seems sure to lead to duplicates
because one person starts a fresh thread the day of a fight, announcement, etc, and then other ppl also then bump old related threads
also can someone explain this 'last bumped by' stuff? seen it a few times where someone who last posted weeks ago will have 'last bumped by (poster, usually rko) written at the bottom of the post (like when someone edits), only now it changes so it says they posted the message just recently, and the dead thread gets put near the top of the page

Re: Not Enough Threads
Yep, add me to the list of posters getting increasingly annoyed by it all.
Re: Not Enough Threads
STOP CHANGING THREADS!
Why is a "Who will win?" poll thread now a fornicating RBR thread, we have a forum for RBR's by the way on the index page below Off Topic!

Scott, swapping title threads has been addressed this morning. I cant stay online all night to keep an eye on this issue. This will cease.ScottDetonator wrote: ↑03 Mar 2018, 20:07 Total madness!

I need to start creating sleeper threadsBoxerbeetle wrote: ↑04 Mar 2018, 09:49Never mind, just go into another thread you’ve created on the B&I forum and change the title to match this one.
If you’re unsure how to do it, just ask Wes![]()
