Harrison - ranked where ?!

Post by TonyH »

Just how does Audrey get ranked so high on this site?

He's at I think 11 and hasn't met anyone useful. For example, on comparative form, the Turkish German (Sam) stopped Julius Francis, Harrison had to go the laborious distance - yet Harrison is ranked way higher.

Not to mention Sam demolishing the new hero Danny Williams . . . the computer programming needs a tweak?!

Forget tweaking, the computer system needs a smashing from a hammer for having Harrison that high

Audrey should be at least 100 places lower than that. Oh, and he should stop running scared of Matt Skelton and fight someone with an ounce of power inside them, i.e. a living person. Won't happen though, he's gone to America to start fighting bums that everyone beats (in the Julius Francis mould). That is if, of course, he has the bottle to even do that and doesn't fake a hand injury or something.

I never agree with allegedly but how right he is when he states that it's a joke that an undefeated fighter is dropped by a TV company.

Certainly things haven't panned out for harrison, however, i think allegedly assured that things would go his way or no way with Harrison, when he signed up all of Harrison's major domestic competition.

However, having said that, perhaps Audley should have swallowed his pride and just done a deal and got on with the business of fighting.

I think trying to be your own manager and promoter and a world class fighter is a bit much, even Jones Jr doesn't try to promote himself, or Hopkins.....you've got to deal with someone in this day and age.

A hell of a lot of time has come and gone now since Audley turned pro, and he's not really got anywhere. However, one or two fights against the right opponents in the US could radically change all that, but he's going to have to cut a deal with someone pretty quick....

I think Audley's case just shows that you can't do it all yourself, leave the business of promotion to the experts, get a good manager who you trust, and just train and fight.

I weigh 13 stone, does that get me a Cruiserweight world ranking?
