Murata vs. Blanamura
Anyone know where to watch this live?
Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
It's on live now in the USA on ESPN2.
Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
Blandamura started well in the first few rounds, but Murata is coming on more and more, and he's winning the 3rd round clear. I expect it's gonna be Murata's fight from here on out.
2-1 Blandamura
15-0 with 15 KO's Daigo Higa got TKO'd earlier on this card![[icon_e_surprised.gif] :oo](./images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif)

Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
Pressure is definitely getting to Blandamura now. He's slowing down significantly. Still moving around the ring well, but the punch output has already dropped while Murata's is still picking up.
2-2 even

Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
Best round for Blandamura since the first 2 right there, but Murata still outhustled him, and landed the heavier blows.
3-2 Murata
3-2 Murata
Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
Murata drops him at the end of the 8th, and the referee stops it.
TKO 8 Ryoto Murata
Cool to see Live Boxing from Japan on ESPN in the morning.
One weird little thing I noticed, and have to point out. The commentator kept saying "Ryoto Murata is unbeaten on his home soil"
Umm...no. His loss to N'Dam was in Japan. Now it was controversial so you could've and should've said his only loss was a questionable decision which would be an accurate statement, but saying he hasn't lost at home is just false.

Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
How do you like Ryota Murata's (14-1, 11 KOs) progress?
Can the WBA champion compete with the other big name fighters at middleweight?

Re: Murata vs. Blanamura
Sounds like the same Murata, applying his brand of tactical pressure. He's a good sized MW with good workrate, but doesn't quite have the pop or defense to deal with the heaviest hitters in the division, I don't think, but hopefully he gets to mix it up with some more names as he could make for some surprises. Someone to be ducked by the "elites".
