Terrence Crawford vs. Jeff Horn - 9 June 2018 on allegedly

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

Image

allegedly is going to be live from 1:30am.. I have a feeling this will be on quite late, depending on how many fights they show.

I likely will stay up for this..

I have had a look at Sky Sports schedule for the Santa Cruz vs. Mares / Charlo vs. Trout card, but can't see any listing for it.. :maybe:

I can possibly see Horn doing some dirty tricks, but Crawford can adjust to anything IMO. I won't be surprised if it's a dominant win for Crawford.

Anyone in UK staying up for this one? Or has everyone already cancelled their BN subscription?

I finish work at 10pm (3am GMT). What time is the main event?

There's also Santa Cruz v Mares & Charlo v Trout from LA :bag:

Definitely staying up for this. Have kids this weekend so will struggle on the Sunday but I love Crawford. Looking forward to seeing how he deals with a tough bigger opponent. Fancy Crwaford to get the stoppage in 8/9.

I haven't cancelled BN as I get it as part of my BT subscription so it would be pointless. If I still had Sky in then I'd be considering getting rid...

I doubt they're showing that in the UK unless Sky pick up last minute. They could slap it on Main Event channel, I think they're just doing recaps on the news channel anyway.

I reackon the Crawford fight will be after 4pm UK time.

I just assumed it was on Sky. I don't have Sky sports so I'll catch it the next day on YouTube.

I don't have ANY channels so dodgy streams it is :D

Seriously considering getting DAZN when it comes out, especially if they show football.

Saying that, I'm seriously considering moving back to Blighty or Spain in the next year or so so who the f*ck knows....

Looks a cert for Crawford to become a 3 weight champ here, I quite like Horn, thought he deserved the win over Pacquiao and he beat Corcoran comfortably, like Crawford he has fast hands and likes to switch stance but Crawford's skills are on another level, he'll be too quick, sharp and accurate for Horn, anything Horn does Crawford can do miles better, I do reckon Crawford will have to go the distance though

Crawford on a different level.

I wish though he wouldn't move up the weights so quickly. I don't want him to do an Andre Ward.

If Crawford gets Horn going the way Manny did in the 9th (I think) then he'll stop him, no question.

I've only just realised I never actually got round to watching Horn vs Corcoran. Is it worth a watch? How did Corcoran do?

Shut out more or less mate. Brave effort from Corcoran but was out his depth and was bullied a bit.

Cheers Stu. Figured it might have been a bit like that. Did Horn show any skills or just rely on his size? Can't see size alone giving Crawford too many problems.

He boxed alright mate. He looks the type that you don't know how good he is til you're in with him. Like Badou Jack lol. I think Crawford stops him in style.

Crawford truly is exceptional. Perhaps the most well rounded boxer on the planet. How will he fill out as a welter, though?

What I like about him so much, along with Errol Spence, he uses his speed and skills to take people apart. He doesn’t spoil. He’s very assertive and can throw exciting combinations.

I think so far we all know very little about Horn. Did the fight with Pacquiao flatter him? Did it improve him? Is he out of his depth? Has he been awarded a stage that he will deliver on? Will Crawford toy with him, will Horn land a lucky punch, will they complement one another perfectly and deliver one hell of a fight?

Teddy "Stupid C*nt" Atlas is STILL telling all & sundry the Pacquiao win was a terrible robbery despite an independent panel disagreeing with him - and him getting 'moved upstairs' because of his obviously blatant disregard for the fighter he knew nothing about.

It was a close, gruelling, fight & this tit is still disrespecting a brave boxer by telling everyone it was a hometown decision.

You stick to making up how important you were to Mike Tyson's early career, Teddy, and leave world boxing to people without an agenda.

Atlas has always had a screw loose. He pulled a gun on Tyson once. He is a disciplinarian as a trainer. He did OK with Bradley. Povetkin got sick of listening to him and fired him before the wlad fight
