A fight that's much closer then many might expect
Many people know Filip because of his amateur carreer and expect a walkover, somehow I don't think Filiberto is a walkover, Filiberto himself already took 3 people their 0's, including Edwin Alvarez (6ft6 solid guy), who appearantly expected to fight another bum with a 2-0 record. He was wrong and lost badly, somehow managed to get some legacy back with papertricks.

Tyson Fury vs Sefer Seferi
I expect Tyson to win, but will it be in a Steve Cunningham way or in a Zack Page way?

Gerald Washington 18 2 1 vs John Wesley Nofire 20 1 0
It seems like an exiting match to me actually

Simon Kean 14 0 0 vs Adam Braidwood 13 1 0
I expect Simon Kean to win on KO, but to my surprise not everyone agrees with me

Petar Milas 11 0 0 vs Francesco Pianeta 35 3 1
Marco Huck 40 5 1 vs Yakup Saglam 40 4 0
Both are relatively close matches in my opinion.
Yes some interesting matchups there. I note that Milas (who last time out beat Kevin Johnson) is fighting Pianeta who Johnson had beaten in his previous bout.

Braidwood might get a surprise win over Kean if he can drag him down to his rough n’ ready level...

Yes very interesting ...

I know Tovar is no mug and It's only because Hrgovic is such a talent that I'm not considering the possibility of an upset.

While I wasn't expecting Joe Joyce, or Dillian Whyte, I was rather hoping for Tyson to show a little more ambition than an Albanian Cruiserweight. Seferi gave Charr a decent workout so I'll hope it doesn't prove to be as one-sided as I'm expecting.

Washington v Nofire could be a decent match. Both have rather blotted their copy-book, Nofire was derailed by Joey Abell who being a decent puncher is always something of a risk for an upcoming Heavyweight. Nofire was out for a long time and I was beginning to think Nofire might be a reasonable description of his post defeat state of mind. Washington is looking for a way back to being regarded as a fringe contender, and represents quite a challenge to Nofire, it's quite a step up from anyone he has beaten, if not fought.

I think Kean will prevail in a competitive fight, Braidwood will definitely bring it, but Kean should have too much class and polish for him. I'm not necessarily expecting a stoppage though.

Petar Milas looks like a very promising youngster and Pianeta is a good scalp to have on his record. He was very good European level Heavyweight - emphasis on the "was". I expect Milas to dispose of Pianeta without fuss to preserve his unbeaten record and rise up the rankings.

Saglam has come up short on the four occasions he stepped up. Huck has the finishing line in sight so although the fight lacks significance in that both have their best days behind them, it could be a good fight although a prime Huck would of course destroy a prime Saglam.

Yeah, we've got a multitude of halfway sort of semi-okayish mediocre heavyweight fights this weekend. Is anybody else predicting that the winners will be Hrgovic, Fury, Washington, Kean, Milas, and Huck? Everybody is? Yeah, I thought so.

I'm somewhat interested in Milas - Pianeta. I've been curious about whether that atomic headbutt in Milas - Johnson affected the outcome. If so, then this fight may not be a foregone conclusion.
