John "Dah Rock" Jackson suspension?
Hey all … just saw on Jackson's listing on BoxRec.com that the California State Athletic Commission has indefinitely suspended him … is this something new, or is it old info that BoxRec hasn't updated?

OK ... just talked to official from the California State Athletic Commission ... the "suspension" is administrative only, so he can take part in the new version of The Contender ... once his part in the show is over, he gets reinstated ...

This stuff gets brought up all the time.
Commissions in many jurisdictions routinely suspend fighters for varying lengths in time following a fight.
It's often to keep them from fighting too soon.
If a fighter is KOd, the suspension period is increased. I believe it's 60 days in California.
It was pointed out here recently that both Jack and Stevenson were routinely suspended after their fight last month.
It probably has been lifted by now.
